Our team completed the full internal decoration for The Hut Group's ICON Studios and offices at Airport City, Manchester - a content creation facility and a four-storey office block totaling 280,000sq ft.
The challenge was to transform an empty warehouse into a space worthy of creating advertising and content for the likes of Manchester United, Nestle and Nintendo, whilst also producing offices that would engage employees.
Works included spraying the underside of the 14,000m2 mezzanine and purlins using black intumescent paint and for the entire job start to finish we used well over 8,500 litres of paint.
